Nick and his team helped make my daughter's wedding spectacular! After the tasting, I knew the food would be absolutely delicious, but I believe that they went above and beyond to give us a smorgasbord of delights! Every station was special in its offerings with so many toppings and additions! Guests went out of their way to tell me how amazing the food was! I think a huge part of it was that everything was grilled on site! We all swooned when the smells wafted our way! The beef tenderloin was incredible!  Loved the chicken fajita bar and all of its toppings! Same with the slider bar and salad bar! 
A last minute addition of a popcorn bar  was definitely a “wow” moment for our guests! It was fun and fanciful with all of the candy toppings and, dare I say it, bacon!!
The staff worked really hard setting up and serving the guests food and drinks. They were all friendly and helpful! We appreciated the tremendous job they did to make the wedding memorable!
